Depending on the items in your order, turnaround time maybe be anywhere from 1-2 weeks. Please keep in mind that silicone  requires curing time. Order shipping time is about 3-5 business days. Orders may not be shipped on the weekends. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via carrier website.

Refunds or order cancellations may only be made prior to orders being shipped. For security reasons, no address changes will be made following the order being placed. If an address change needs to be made, please contact us for your order to be canceled, and refunded, and the order must be placed again with the correct address.
